Jessica has previously been employed providing emotional support for adolescents with mental illness, psychiatric case management for adults with mental illness, and counseling individuals and families across the lifespan. Jessica has received special training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Suicide Prevention and Trauma Processing. She is interested in the areas of complex trauma, relationships, and family systems. Jessica enjoys anything humorous, being with family/friends, and outside activities.
